The company is pleased to warrant the quality of any units which are directly purchased from website ‘www.zonicvisiongroup.com’ or from company, or from our authorized dealers, or genuine product certified, Such warranty depends on the product type and the company’s consideration. Each of warranty case might be different, please check and verify the policies and conditions before purchasing. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
Policy of invoice Issue / Change of the Address on the Invioce
To avoid any delays , please carefully check your corporate information or personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email and other related information before making the payment and having the invoice issued.Note: If you wish to change the address in the invoice, please note that it takes around 7-15 working days
Can I buy spare parts or hardware?
If the pieces are not originally sold separately from the product, while the pieces cannot be purchased separately in the future. The entire product would need to be purchased again.

Necessary Service / Spare part Price
Initially, customer has to advise the product type & model with its defective. Then we shall co-ordinate with Service Center team to revert back with service charges incurred, including spare parts changed.
